For Adults (18+):
You're a legal adult and can be pierced with a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID). No additional documentation is required.

For Minors (under 18):
Missouri law allows us to pierce minors of any age with proper documentation and guardian consent, provided the piercing does not involve private body areas.

Required Documentation:

If the minor and guardian share the same last name:

1. Valid State ID or passport for the guardian. 
2. Valid ID, passport, or clear photo of the minor with their name visible (school ID, yearbook, screenshot of school portal, recreation center ID, etc.).

We strictly follow these rules to ensure full legal compliance for your child’s safety and protection.

Yes! We highly recommend consultations for anyone who has questions or wants to plan their piercings in advance.

During a consultation, we:

• Discuss your piercing ideas & options 
• Review anatomy and suitability 
• Explain healing timelines and aftercare 
• Answer all of your questions 
• Help select jewelry options 
• Build your comfort and confidence before the procedure 

Consultations are completely free and can be scheduled any time.

To help your piercing heal properly, avoid the following:

• Submerging your piercing in pools, hot tubs, lakes, or oceans 
• Using harsh products like alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or ointments 
• Touching or twisting the jewelry unnecessarily 
• Sleeping directly on the pierced area 
• Wearing tight or irritating clothing over body piercings 
• Applying makeup, hair products, or lotions near fresh piercings 

You'll receive full aftercare instructions at your appointment to guide you through the healing process.

Tipping is always appreciated but never required. There’s no standard percentage like in restaurants. Most clients base their tip on their personal experience, satisfaction, and comfort level.

If you’re unable to tip financially, a thoughtful note or small token of appreciation is always welcomed!
